Alright, let's set the record straight. We're both proud dads of two, and we love hanging out with our families whenever possible. But honestly, it's like the universe has a master plan to steal our family time: work, chores, bills, schedules, school stuff, more school stuff, and whatever else life throws at us! So, the time we do get to spend together is super precious. And, truth be told, I look forward to it every single day and weekend, even if it sometimes involves tantrums, massive crises, and the endless parade of "problems." 😄
When we do manage to carve out some time, one of our favorite family activities is playing board games. But you know how it goes—games get old, and new ones can be a real pain to introduce: long rules, lack of excitement, mismatched interests, etc. 🎲
So, in short (which is ironic because this is already long), we decided to make our own game. Little did we know, we'd be putting ourselves under a ton of pressure! What started as a hobby has now taken us 5 years of reworks, restarts, and a few breaks here and there to finally be ready to share with all of you.
Okay, this is already longer than I intended to write!
From now on, the GlueSplash team including myself will be sharing updates, stories, insights on what's happening, and whatever else pops into our heads, with almost no filters. After all, this project kicked off as something fun, and we plan to keep it that way, no matter how challenging it gets :)
It wouldn't be right to wrap this up without giving you a little insight into how it all began, so here it is!
It was a cold Christmas night, a long long time ago in 2019...

Until next time!
